Of course thickness, shape and also process applications can be customized to the benefit of each individual customer. There is nearly no limit in size and shape.
Same is true for our chucking devices like the temporary bonder / de-bonder Manual Chucking Unit and Automated Chucking Unit or our High Voltage power supplies. Ask our team for your customization!
